Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges for selected items within 3 days of item delivery. Items need to be returned back to us within 7 days of delivery in original condition (unwashed, unworn, tags still intact, in original packaging). Delivery cost will be borne by the buyer.

All items undergo a stringent quality control check before they are shipped out. In the rare event that you have received a defective product, kindly contact us immediately with details and pictures of the item.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
– Custom-made orders
– Pieces that have been altered to your size
– Sales items

Production Time for Altered and Custom-made Orders

All our gowns and cheongsams are individually hand-crafted from scratch. Production time for custom-made pieces will vary depending on design and fabric availability. We will do our best to keep to the fabrication timeline of 4 to 6 weeks . However, there may be delays during peak season or high volume orders. Should that happen, we seek your kind understanding to give us some extra time to process your order. You will be updated on the status of your order via email or text message.

Shipment Time

All items will be shipped out within a week once the order is ready and payment has been made. Items are usually shipped out by Express (DHL) or Standard (Speedpost Singapore). Local customers can opt to pick up their gowns at our atelier.

Do take note that shipment time does not include production time.
